About Me

I am continuously in awe of the gifts I find in this life when I am least expecting it. Within every loss there has been a gift, and it takes deep patience to excavate it. As I am now firmly planted in Elderhood I find myself deeper into my art, my writing, my relationships and learning about the freedom that comes from self forgiveness. These quests have opened a deep yearning to support others across generations to claim one’s own gifts that align with trusting one’s intuition and true self. Along with my art practice and facilitating art and writing workshops, I have gone further and further into the Gene Keys which has enhanced so many aspects of my life and led me to being a Guide. I learned when teaching art for 25 years in a classroom and with adults in workshops that the greatest fear in making art is making mistakes. The antidote to this dilemna is actually to embrace the mistakes as part of a natural trusting flow of life that leads to greater creativity, wisdom and self-forgiveness.
